Do you live in Silverdale, Bremerton or Port Orchard? If you have a flat spot we can park on and a 110-volt AC power outlet, we'll sharpen at your home, church, business or other location while you wait. (We also have a generator, so power isn't essential but it's quieter and cleaner when we plug in.) Call your friends and neighbors and make it a get-together!

If you're not 100% satisfied with how sharp your knives, scissors or garden tools are, we'll re-sharpen or refund your money. In the unlikely event that we break it, we'll replace it.

Why Choose Precision Sharpening

State-of-the-Art Equipment

We use professional-grade Tormek low-speed, water-cooled sharpening equipment to ensure a razor-sharp, clean edge every time. Plus, the low-speed operation removes no more steel than is necessary, which means your knives last longer.

Knives are an investment. We treat them like it.

We know your knives are important to you, whether they're  family heirlooms passed down from your grandmother or a set purchased for everyday use. When you drop your knives off, we'll talk with you about their current condition and how you use them so they'll come back exactly as sharp as you expect.

Locally Owned and Operated

We live in Bremerton, probably not too far from you. When you use Precision Sharpening, you're doing business with a neighbor, one who will always give you the finest quality service at a fair price. Word-of-mouth is invaluable and we'll work hard to ensure you pass along a good one about us.

Whether you're preparing dinner for your family or are a chef at one of Kitsap County's finest restaurants, every ingredient you use is important. The same goes for the kitchen tools you cut, slice and dice with.

Dull knives are not only difficult and inefficient, they're also dangerous. Using a sharp knife is much safer than sawing away with a dull edge as dull blades simply don’t “bite” into food as well. Plus you'll need to apply a lot more pressure with a dull knife, which means it can shift or slip while you're using it. If this happens, there’s an increased chance you’ll cut yourself, possibly seriously.

Precision Sharpening uses state-of-the-art Tormek equipment to deliver the sharpest edge to every knife, scissor and garden tool you own. Whether you have a set of everyday knives or use an expensive favorite for most of your food prep, Precision Sharpening will bring it back to factory sharpness (or better) at the best price in town.
